How and why I became a real estate agent in South Jersey
When I realized that I wanted to be self-employed, I thought a long time about my options. The more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea of becoming a real estate agent because it’s very focused on helping people. I love working with the public and figured it was a natural fit with my skills and personality. So, I enrolled for the course at Atlantic Cape Community College, I studied, took the license exam, and I’ve been a full time real estate agent since May 2006.

I know there are a lot of real estate agents out there, just like there are lots of insurance agents, dentists, and doctors. So what makes me different and why should you work with me?

I listened to the concerns people have about Realtors in South Jersey. I even sent a survey to everyone I knew and asked them about their experiences with real estate agents. I wanted to know what they liked and what they didn’t like, so I could make sure I didn’t do the stuff that really bothered people about southern New Jersey Realtors.

What makes me different?
What I heard most was that other Realtors don’t communicate honestly with people. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t follow through with the things they promised they’d do. They don't tie up all the loose ends. That is not my "M.O."! With me, you'll receive honesty, integrity, hardwork, and results!

As a former corporate employee and supervisor responsible for millions of dollars in various types of inventory, I excel at the administrative details and the follow through required in this career, and is where I've heard other agents "drop the ball".

I'll handle all the details in your real estate transaction; from the offer to inspections, negoiations to closing. Everything will be in place when it's supposed to be.

Plus, I’m in this for the long haul. This is my business; and like any business owner I want to build a business of referrals, where people happily refer their friends and family to.
